I believe there is no ceiling on anything I’m engaged in. I’m a visionary, yet methodical in my execution leaving no stone unturned to ensure a timeless and scalable solution to all improvements.

Operational Excellence: Welcome

At Island Windjammers I was able to take a 100% manual, paper process to a 70% electronic and automated process.

These accomplishments were only possible after a thorough analysis of current processes and strategic delegation of roles to reduce overlap. It also required the acquisition of software solutions that could be scaled over time and integrate comprehensively with the organization as a whole.
