Always ready to rally the crowds in pursuit of supporting whatever passion has captured my heart.  This started as early as my college days, but became increasingly more important as I found myself primarily in remote teams throughout my career.  My focus is feeding engagement, reinforcing connection, and lifting those up around me.  Here's a snippet of the ways in which I've achieved this in the past.
