I'm an educator at heart and live by the words that others use to describe me... infinitely patient and approachable.  These are two of my hallmark traits and I've found are essential in order to encourage a learner to step out into the unknown and to be willing to fail.  I strive to exemplify success as much as I exemplify failure.  Modeling a tolerance for frustration that fosters a growth mindset.
